Orders You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our Google Form on the site. A copy of the form will be emailed to you according to the provided email in the form. You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. Payment Local: 1. Direct Bank Transfer: If you are residing in Malaysia. You may make your payment directly into the respective Bank Account stated in the form. Once payment is made, do send the bank in slip via @thewhitepaper.co or thewhitepapercomy@gmail.com 2. PayPal Payment: You may also make your payment directly into PayPal if you would like to pay by credit card. International: For International Customers, you may select for PayPal method with the link given in the order form. We ship all international orders, delivery duties, custom & taxes unpaid, which means, import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and it must be paid by the recipient.

Thanks for your interest in purchasing with us. All orders will be shipped via DHL eCommerce Delivery (1-3 business days). We will mail out your parcel within 3 - 5 working days after your payment is verified. Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. An email with tracking info & invoice will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis: RM 8 / West Malaysia RM12 / East Malaysia For international customers, courier service and delivery fees may vary according to location, we will calculate the delivery fees upon confirmation of your order.

Brush Lettering Workbook: All workbooks sales are final and non refundable. TyiShirt Merchandize: We do a detailed Quality Check before delivery, therefore, we do not accept any returns due to hygiene concerns. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances of the products, kindly reach out to us at thewhitepapercomy@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your goods attached with your receipt and email address. We will be glad to assist you in any way we can. If we do not receive it within the given timeframe, we will not proceed with the request.
